My Mission

“Invest in our Youth,
to Build a Better Tomorrow”

I envision an Atlantic City that shines as a beacon of safety, prosperity, and unity. A city where our neighborhoods are safe and welcoming, where every street is well-lit and patrolled, and where locals, families, and tourists can walk without fear.

I see a place where small businesses thrive, built by the dreams and grit of hardworking local entrepreneurs, and where young people grow up surrounded by opportunity, discipline, and hope. My vision includes classrooms that inspire, parks filled with laughter, and a government that reflects the values of the people it serves. I see Atlantic City not just as a tourist destination, but as a place people are proud to call home. A place where futures are built and families are rooted.

“ My mission is to “Invest in our Youth, to Build a Better Tomorrow”, the strength of our City tomorrow depends on how we support and guide our young people today! I am committed to bringing principled, common-sense leadership to City Hall. Leadership that listens to the people, responds with urgency, and acts with purpose. That means showing up, staying engaged, and being accountable every single day... ”

Changing Atlantic City For the Better!

Why Lisa Klassman is Different...

Hi, I’m Lisa Klassman — and I’m running to bring real change to Atlantic City.

I don’t come from politics, I come from service. I’ve spent my life helping real people, whether it was getting families the dental care they needed, mentoring kids after school, or rolling up my sleeves with the Salvation Army. I chose to move to Atlantic City because I believe in its people, its history, and its strength. I’ve lived the struggles and felt the frustration that comes when City Hall doesn’t listen. That’s exactly why I’m running: not for headlines or handshakes, but to get things done.

What sets me apart is that I don’t just talk, I show up. I believe in common-sense leadership that’s rooted in community, not politics. I’m focused on what really matters: safer streets, clean parks, support for small businesses, and real investments in our youth. I’ll treat every taxpayer dollar like it’s my own and bring honesty, transparency, and accountability back to city government. If you’re tired of empty promises and backroom deals, I’m here to offer something different: action, results, and a real plan to build a better Atlantic City for all of us.

Public Safety

Every resident deserves to feel safe, whether they’re walking to school or heading to work. I’ll work with law enforcement and the community to boost patrols, improve street lighting, and build stronger neighborhood watch programs, because safety is the foundation of a thriving, confident community.

Youth Development

Investing in our youth is the smartest decision we can make. I’ll launch programs that provide mentorship, after-school support, job training, and leadership opportunities, so our kids grow up with the tools and confidence to succeed.

Economic Growth

Small businesses are the heart of our economy. I’ll cut red tape, support local entrepreneurs, and bring back tourism with smart marketing and events. When we lift up local businesses, we create jobs and grow our city from the ground up.

Streamlined City Services

City Hall should solve problems, not create them. I’ll modernize departments, clean up communication, and make city services faster, friendlier, and more efficient! You shouldn’t need a connection just to get results!

Testimonials

“I ran into Lisa while she was helping clean up the park on a Sunday. No cameras, no crew, just her and a trash bag and a grabber. That’s when I knew she wasn’t in this for show. She’s the real deal.”

- Rosalind Vega

“Lisa stopped to chat with me while I was sweeping outside my shop. Fifteen minutes later, she had a broom in her hand too. That’s just who she is! She shows up, no matter what.”

- Maurice “Moe” Bennett

“I was standing in line at the grocery store, venting about the bus schedule. Lisa overheard, took notes on her phone, and told me she’d make it a priority when she got into office, because it’s a real problem. She understands what we're going through and provides actual solutions, she actually listens.”

- Tyrell Simmons

“She remembered my kid’s name from a Boys & Girls Club event a year ago. That’s not a politician, that’s someone who genuinely cares. Lisa listens and she means it.”
